D1 · Home city → Istanbul
Fly to Istanbul. North American guests arrange their own international flights and must first confirm connections to the group meeting time.

D2 · Istanbul → Troy → Çanakkale
Cross the Dardanelles, normally via the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge; a ferry is used if the bridge is temporarily closed or otherwise unavailable. Visit the ancient ruins of Troy, then overnight in Çanakkale or Ayvalık.
Meals:Breakfast: light meal on board; lunch: Turkish-style grilled fish; dinner: hotel buffet or set meal.
Accommodation:Kolin, Parion, Grand Temizal or similar local five-star hotels.
Driving-time reference:Approximately 250 km/2 hours 40 minutes + 80 km/1 hour + 30 km/30 minutes.
D3 · Çanakkale → Şirince → Ephesus → Kuşadası
Walk through Şirince village and taste fruit wine. Enter ancient Ephesus to see the library, amphitheatre and Roman ruins. Stay in Kuşadası; Izmir may be substituted during peak periods or events.

Accommodation:Ramada Resort, Le Bleu, Fantasia or equivalent locally rated five-star hotels.

D4 · Kuşadası → Pamukkale & Hierapolis
Visit a leather factory and see a leather fashion presentation. Enter Pamukkale's travertine terraces and ancient Hierapolis. A hot-spring hotel is planned; a local five-star hotel may replace it if full. Bring your own swimsuit and swimming cap for the hot springs.

Accommodation:Colossae Thermal, Pam Thermal, Lycus River, or comparable local five-star hotels.

D5 · Pamukkale → Konya caravanserai → Cappadocia
Travel via Konya and enter Sultanhanı caravanserai to learn about Silk Road trade and travel. Continue to Cappadocia and stay in a distinctive cave-style hotel. This is a long driving day.
Meals:Breakfast: hotel; lunch: Turkish sizzling-plate specialties + Turkish pizza; dinner: hotel buffet or set menu.
Accommodation:Cave-style hotel, first night.
Driving-time reference:Approximately 430 km/5.5 hours + 240 km/3 hours, about 8.5 hours total.
D6 · Full-day Cappadocia tour
Visit Göreme Open-Air Museum and Kaymakli Underground City, plus a carpet factory and jade/jewellery showroom. Hot-air ballooning is optional at extra cost; operation and flight clearance depend on local conditions.
Meals:Breakfast: hotel; lunch: local specialty clay-oven cuisine; dinner: hotel buffet or set menu.
Accommodation:Cave-style hotel, second night.

D7 · Cappadocia → Ankara → Bolu
Enter the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of modern Türkiye; official events or other circumstances may prevent entry. Continue to Bolu for accommodation. During peak periods or events, the hotel category may change or accommodation may move to Ankara.

Accommodation:Hampton Bolu (local four-star), Buyuk Abant (local five-star) or equivalent.

D8 · Bolu → Istanbul · Strait cruise
A specially arranged private Bosphorus cruise offers views of both the European and Asian shores, followed by the Egyptian Spice Bazaar. Dinner is on your own, leaving time to browse.
Meals:Breakfast: hotel; lunch: Turkish grilled-fish speciality; dinner: at your expense.
Accommodation:Local five-star hotels such as Ramada Plaza Tekstilkent, Tryp by Wyndham Basin Ekspres or Pullman Istanbul, or equivalent.

D9 · Istanbul Old City → Airport
Visit the Istanbul Archaeological Museums and Blue Mosque. Hagia Sophia is viewed from outside only; entry tickets cost extra and visits must fit the group schedule. See the former Roman Hippodrome and Grand Bazaar. Closures at the Blue Mosque or bazaar may require adjustments on site. Then transfer to the airport.
Meals:Breakfast: hotel; lunch: Chinese meal with seven dishes and soup; dinner: classic Western-style burger meal.

D10 · Istanbul → Home
The original itinerary returns to your home city on this day. Actual arrival dates for North American travelers depend on independently booked flights.

Accommodation and physical requirements
- Accommodation is mainly in locally rated five-star hotels; the Bolu reference hotels include four-star options. Cave-style accommodation has no star rating and does not mean all hotels are five-star or that rooms are natural caves.
- Cave-style rooms differ in size and amenities; there may be many steps, dampness or dust, and some rooms lack air conditioning.
- Day 5 has an estimated total driving time of about 8.5 hours. Ancient sites and Pamukkale require walking; Pamukkale surfaces may be slippery, and the underground city has narrow passages.
- Balloon passengers must climb into the basket themselves; weather and physical-condition restrictions apply. See the original PDF and confirm specific restrictions when booking.
- A triple room may be a double room with an extra bed. Twin beds, double beds and extra-bed arrangements depend on the hotel. Confirm room-sharing terms when a single room is not specified.
