The 2026 summer promotional period runs from May 1 to October 31. The three-day version consists of arrival, one day of optional activities and departure; the four- and five-day versions add optional activity days. Confirm specific dates, hotel categories and add-ons when booking.
Basic 3-day itinerary
Arrive in Vancouver
Airport pickup and hotel check-in. Guests collected by 12 noon may receive approximately three hours of Vancouver sightseeing or choose designer outlet shopping. Actual arrangements depend on the day's pickups and booking confirmation.
Optional day activities
Choose a Vancouver city, Victoria, or Whistler day tour, or enjoy free time. Selected day tours cost extra. The Victoria option includes ferry travel and Butchart Gardens admission, subject to confirmation of the selected option.
Depart Vancouver
Take the hotel-arranged shuttle to the airport. If choosing a day tour on departure day, check flight connections first. For a Victoria day tour, flights after 22:30 are recommended.
How the 4- and 5-day extensions work
The 4-day version has two days for optional day activities; the 5-day version has three. Vancouver, Victoria and Whistler are not all included: activities must be added and paid for separately each day. Ask for winter 3–5-day combinations, but the visible winter 4-day official page still refers to a previous season, so its dates and prices are not being carried over to 2026–27.
Tour fare range
- Includes:Selected hotel accommodation, eligible shared airport arrival transfers, itinerary transport and guiding. Whether breakfast is included depends on the selected hotel category.
- Extra:Optional day tours and separately purchased admission tickets, 5% GST, lunches/dinners, airfare and personal expenses are extra. The flyer lists driver/tour leader service fees of CAD $20/person/day and airport pickup service fees of CAD $10/person; settle each applicable item separately.
- Airport pickup:Complimentary shared YVR airport pickup is normally available 09:00–21:00; flight details must be supplied in advance. Seattle transfers and cruise terminal transfers cost extra.
