Day-by-day route
Day 1 | Calgary airport pickup
After arrival at YYC, take the arranged hotel shuttle and check in. The shuttle operates approximately 08:30–22:30, once an hour.
Day 2 | Calgary → Lake Louise
Travel via Castle Mountain, Kootenay National Park, Marble Canyon and Lake Louise, then Natural Bridge and Emerald Lake in Yoho National Park. Stay at Fairmont Château Lake Louise.
Day 3 | Lake Louise → Banff
Travel via Bow Falls, Surprise Corner, the Banff Sulphur Mountain gondola area and Banff town, then stay at Fairmont Banff Springs. The gondola and other specified items cost extra.
Day 4 | Banff → Calgary
Travel via Lake Minnewanka, Two Jack Lake, Cave and Basin National Historic Site and Banff town to Calgary Airport.

Airfare and 5% GST are not included. The flyer lists a guide/driver service fee of CAD $20 per person per day. Meals and admission not included in the fare cost extra. The specified gondola is a mandatory extra; hot springs and skiing are optional. Some routes also list a fuel surcharge of CAD $5 per person per day; confirm each charge when booking. Departures and travel notes
The YYC hotel shuttle runs hourly at half past the hour, from 08:30 to 22:30. If you miss the last shuttle, arrange your own transport to the hotel. Check-in starts at 15:00.
The two castle nights are at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and Fairmont Banff Springs. Availability is limited and must be reconfirmed before payment.
Provide each child’s exact age when booking so admission and mandatory charges can be calculated. Winter lake, canyon and snow activities depend on weather; choose activities suited to your mobility and fitness.
